Nice tour.
I would recommend this tour. If you go in the winter as we did be sure to have heavy coats. Tour guides were very nice and helpfull. Shinkansan (bullet train) traveled at 163mph. Nice ride.

I was described the features of a product which turned out not to be true. I spent 3 hours on the telephone resolving this issue. I was only awarded a 10% on a future booking.
