Hi, We are sorry to hear you are upset with the service provided. Your order was dispatched on time using the correct delivery service but unfortunately got lost in the postal system as occasionally happens. We did immediately attempt to rectify this when we were made aware of the situation offering to send the updated, more expensive version of the jogging bottoms you had ordered at no extra cost as we had sent the last in your size to you which had then gotten lost and if this wasn't suitable we were happy to process a refund. You asked for a refund which we were happy to fulfil however when a member of staff attempted to process the refund we were unable to as you had already opened a case with your payment provider. When a case is opened with a payment provider we no longer have control over the refund process, it is completely in their hands. We accepted the dispute with the provider immediately as we were happy to issue a refund but as this case was opened directly with the payment provider they must complete a full investigation which can take a few days - we as the merchant have no control or ability to speed up this process - all we can do is accept the dispute amount. We attempted to speed up the process for you by asking eBay if they could do anything to help the payment provider's investigation as we wanted you to receive the refund immediately but to no avail.

Le suivi montre que votre colis a été livré avec succès à l'adresse indiquée le 24 septembre après quelques ******* à la douane qui étaient malheureusement hors de notre contrôle. Tracking shows your package was successfully delivered to the given address on 24th September after some delays within customs which were unfortunately out of our control. Best Regards, Jodie
