There are several factors which can affect a fan's ability to remove steam from a bathroom, from the size of the room, to the temperature/length of the shower taken. When we are contacted before purchase (The sales team is available via chat, phones, and email during business hours), we are happy to assist with locating a fan which may be suitable for your bathroom. However, once the fan is installed, we cannot accept the return as outlined on our website, since the unit is no longer saleable.
We can see that the customer service team was able to assist by providing a special discount on a large fan. We hope that this new unit is working well for you.
