Good afternoon, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have reviewed your order and can see you ordered 89mm vertical blind. Due to some communication confusion whereupon it was noted that you had received 127mm slats in error we remade the slats which again arrived as 89mm vanes, which is correct as this is what you have ordered. It became evident that the confusion was you expected 127mm slats bit received 89mm which is what we sell and advertise and therefore the order was correct. It is unfortunate that you had not ordered what you required however we manufactured the blinds twice to your specification. We have not done anything wrong here.
