We are very sorry that your experience with Umbrella Supermarket and our umbrella comparison service wasn't up to your expectations. We try to provide each and every client with the most accurate information, however our payslip illustrations are based on many variables, some of which we have to assume to keep our forms short. For example our system calculates a percentage based on the daily rate entered and assumes this is for a normal working day, but if your daily rate is made up of longer than 7.5 hours it can cause our calculations to be off. When you speak to an advisor this should be clarified with a more detailed illustration provided. I believe our Sales Director has reached out to you to understand how the rate you entered was different to the contract rate you had, but also to get you some additional rewards that make up for this error.
