Thank you for your feed back on Feefo, with comments it helps our service become even better. Delivery is Generally next working day and runs at aprox 98% successful, on some occasions parcels can get misrouted directly with our carrier, from the main depot to local hubs which are totally out of our control. From your order I see you ordered pipe & fittings, the fittings arrived next working day, but unfortunately the pipe was misrouted to the wrong depot, and being a weekend misroute it takes longer as Saturday & Sunday are still classed an non working days. So with this in mind was due for the Tuesday.I under stand my warehouse staff were in communication with you to explain about the misroute. I do apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delay on this occasion. Karl
