Thank you for your feedback, we have looked into the delivery issues specific to your order, and have established that there was an error on the postcode when the order was initially placed, and this error caused the delay in delivery, coupled to a slight delay in the carriers querying the original error. Following your call on Monday we traced the order, and had the address corrected, and i believe according to tracking your order was delivered on Tuesday. I can only apologies for the delay in the delivery, but sadly on this occasion we were given wrong information on the original order. Glan Davies
