Good Afternoon, Many thanks for your Feefo Review, I have looked into this for you and on this very rare occassion our suppliers failed to notify us on the base being out of stock. Normally out of stock items we are advised of, which we can notify yourself of the short delay. In regards to this the manufactures have delayed the delivery by a few more days. So with this I have managed to source from an alternative supplier so you will receive the base tomorrow. I am sorry for the delay of which we were unaware of. I would like to mention for any queries, please contact us via email, phone or fax and we can look into the matter straight away. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Karl
