Many thanks for your feedback, I can confirm this item is a direct shipment with delivery 3-5 working days as stated on our website. I have tracked the order & can confirm delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. The shipment had a 24hr delay at one of the delivery hubs. Sorry for any inconvenience.
