The above statement is very harsh, we state "generally next working day" so its NOT a guaranteed service, but generally runs at about 97% success rate. On this occassion being a Bank Holiday Weekend, you are correct in the delivery should be with you Tuesday of which is was, a little late at after 9pm but with carrier companies nowadays being VERY busy due to the internet, and after a bank holiday weekend they have to complete theirs rounds, plus also most grocery stores can & do deliver much later than 9pm.
In the space between us being closed from 5pm to the following morning, 4 emails were received, i personally replyed to you, of which i haven't heard back.
On this occassion we have done everything we could to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible & responsed back to your emails as soon as we were back in the office. I am sorry if you feel your experience on this occassion was negative.
