Sorry to see you only gave this product 1 star & that it hasn't worked for you. This is a very popular & trusted branded product. Maybe the issue to more substantial than 1st thought or has even enough of product been used? A recommendation could be to seek a local pool engineer to help investigate your leak / loss of water & help you resolve. Good luck & all the best.

Many thanks for your feedback, with the leak you have with in your pool set up, it's possible that the leak is more substantial than Fix a Leak could deal with & may require a pool engineer to find & repair. It all depends where the leak so it can be repaired.
