Rosso Fiorentino was restored as a family home and ia warm and welcoming property. 

Again I apologise for the pool not being opened. It seems that the weather for the previous week had been terrible so they were unable to do so. I monitor any issues at our properties and I was unaware that you had an issue with the oven. I shall pass your comments to the manager and check that everything is now fully functional. Rosso Fiorentino is a charming home and the owners keep it to a very high standard, i don't think we have had a single issue with the house or management for the last 7 o 8 years. Its set in a beautiful location, with so much within easy reach. Heating a property as a hit tub In Italy is expensive, very expensive compared to northern Europe or the states and in spring the nights can get chilly.  Thanks again for your feedback. Best wishes.
