The service was excellent. However the product was very small for the size. 3 month old baby got one wear out of a 3-6 month sized item. Not buying from trotters again

Poor customer service- no assistance when goods fail to arrive
The shoes have not arrived, have reached out to customer service and they say it's a royal mail problem and nothing they can do
