It was truly regrettable to learn of the Wi-Fi difficulties that you faced on the trip, whilst the connection is not always strong outside the larger cities, it sounds like there were some additional problems that prevented from working at all. We will address this with our Coach Handling Department so they can investigate further, we can see that our Travel Director, Alan, has also raised this problem to be fixed.
