Excellent service at the airport and hotel, travel director and driver top notch. Some of the hotels too far out from the city hub, common areas in some hotels could be cleaner.

The tour guide was supurb and complimented the tour. Her knowledge and rapport with guests was excellent. The antiquities and Gallipoli visit were highlights we will never forget.

While we certainly do value all of the feedback we receive, we are never pleased when any of our guests return home from their vacation dissatisfied. We are concerned to read that you felt the hotel in Moncton was substandard and we will bring this to the attention of our Quality Control team to investigate further. Your comments with regards to the recommended departure flight time is in place to ensure that any delays which could potentially occur when travelling from Hopewell Rocks on your last day, do not interfere with your return flight home. Nonetheless, we understand your concern and we would like to apologise to you for the inconvenience that our suggestion caused you on this occasion. We truly hope that you enjoyed your vacation and that you have returned home with many fond memories from your time away with Trafalgar.

How absolutely wonderful to have read that both our Travel Director and Coach Driver made your experience all the better. It is also very pleasing to know that the seats you were allocated to on the Rocky Mountaineer did not deter you from enjoying all the aspects of our trip.
