Tour manager was excellent as was the itinerary of the tour. Meals and hotels were very good. Optional excursion prices were absurdly high given local costs and actual prices of attractions visited.

We designed our Optional Experiences to offer our guests the ability to choose how they want to spend their free-time, and they include the Trafalgar service with unique Insider Moments, so we regret to have read that you found them to be costly. The thing about our Travel Directors is that all of them truly care about our guests, so it's no surprise that Francisco's goal was to ensure that all of our guests were having an enjoyable time on our trip.
