We would like to kindly express that Trafalgar is a separate entity from airlines, so from the moment your flight is booked by our Reservations department, we have no control over any changes the airline may make with regards to a route change, using a partner airline, or cancellations. Also, after a long flight, the last thing anyone expects is lack of amiability in a foreign country, so we would like to apologise if this is what you may have felt from the representative in Bangkok, in addition to any confusion your flight e-tickets may have caused you.
