It is great to hear you had no worries on your trip. Argentina and Chile are beautiful countries to explore that are rich in culture and the scenery is fantastic. Our Travel Directors love sharing their knowledge with you and we are so pleased to hear that you were well taken care of.

Any activity that we advertise as part of our guided holidays on our website and brochure take place, and if they don't, it is due to exceptionally unforeseen circumstances to which we then do whatever possible to make it up to our guests. We would like to kindly express that Trafalgar is a separate entity from airlines, so from the moment your flight is booked by our Reservations department, we have no control over any changes the airline may make with regards to a route change, using a partner airline, or cancellations. Also, after a long flight, the last thing anyone expects is lack of amiability in a foreign country, so we would like to apologise if this is what you may have felt from the representative in Bangkok, in addition to any confusion your flight e-tickets may have caused you. Apart from the mentioned, we hope that you were still able to enjoy some of the one-of-a-kind sights Thailand has to offer. Thank you for choosing one of our Mini Stays. There is a lot to see and do in Sydney, including the Blue Mountains, and we are pleased that you decided to book extra nights to further explore on your own. We are unhappy about the inconvenience caused to you associated with the hotel transfer, and we feel that such a mishap happened as a result of miscommunication. Nevertheless, we were very pleased to have read that still enjoyed your time with us. Guanacaste Beach. What a lovely way to unwind and relax after an adventurous guided vacation. We definitely want you to make the most out of your trip, but at the same time ensure you get to the airport on time. Local knowledge tells us that the commute to the airport can take up to two hours depending on traffic, with airport lines being often long. Nevertheless, we are pleased that you did not experience any delays of such, and that you arrived at the airport with plenty of time ahead of you.

The Christmas markets are definitely the place to be in Europe during this time of year, and we are very pleased that you enjoyed the special atmosphere. In regards to your seat allocation on the aircraft, we are pleased to allocate seats upon request, however airline policy is quite restricting when it comes to confirming these requests. We plan holidays with the intention to add only convenience to your schedule, and greatly apologise for any distress you have been caused. Nevertheless, we do hope that you will allow us to plan your next vacation, despite the airline not being able to confirm your seat of preference.
