Unlike many other companies, Trafalgar provides VIP entry to many attractions, so that you enter without having to wait in queues. We are happy you found your Travel Director to be very helpful. Kayla is so reliable and knowledgeable, that she becomes the perfect host and travel companion. If you want to avoid busy European cities like Paris in the future, you may want to travel during less busy periods, or look at some of our alternative destinations.

We regret that you experienced difficulties with the seating arrangements on the coach. Our Travel Directors operate a seat rotation policy to ensure that each guest has the opportunity to view the sights from different aspects throughout the journey. Nevertheless, it should be structured in a way that is simple and well organised to avoid confusion amongst our guests, and we were sorry that this may not have been the case with your departure. we have relayed your feedback on to our Travel Directors' Manager to discuss with her professional development. I know some enjoyed the hotels at Alamos and El Fuerte but I didn't. Bed was very hard and it was so dark and dank. It was an unusual experience though.

Thank you for your loyalty to Trafalgar. We are delighted to hear that you thought your Imperial Europe trip was awesome. We are thrilled to learn that you enjoyed the Optional Experience to St Paul whilst you were in Nice. Our Optional Experiences are designed to complement the itinerary, and allow our guests the flexibility to continue their sightseeing with the group or take some time out for relaxation or independent sightseeing. The St Paul Optional Experience transports our guests by way of the beautiful corniche (cliff side) roads to St Paul, where they will enjoy a visit to a beautiful perfumery, and then a lovely evening meal in the area. A visit inside the Sagrada Familia is not included in the sightseeing tour of Barcelona, however our guests do get to view this from the outside. Many guests like to extend their time in Barcelona to undertake additional sightseeing and to go back and further explore such sights.
