At Trafalgar we always aim at improving the guest experience. As an added convenience we have negotiated free unlimited WIFI access where possible, but unfortunately, there are a few hotels that do not offer this service yet.

We organize our trips to make sure everything is taken care of so that all you have to do is enjoy all unique experiences and sights. The times of our optional complimentary transfers are highlighted in our brochure and the Airport Transfers page on our website for our guests' information. We provide said information so that guests may have their flights scheduled in a way to take advantage of the optional transfers if they choose. Nonetheless, we regret to read that you felt it was limited. Thank you for providing us with your feedback.
