UPS let you down
The items ordered were dispatched promptly but you were let down by UPS who although employed to deliver next day took one week.

Apologies for the late delivery. We do ensure all deliveries are dispatched quickly and only use the best couriers. As you state UPS failed to deliver on time but to be honest even the best couriers have a small percentage of parcels delayed at this time of year.We can only apologise and reassure you we do review our couriers from time to time and only use the best.We look forward to doing business again in the future.
