Very good communication, excellent plants
Delivery dates were communicated in a timely manner even though plants were arriving over a few weeks. Plants were packaged well no in excellent condition. They are all doing well.

I purchased 6 random foxglove plugs on special offer. They arrived within seven days. The packaging appeared adequate although the plants were a little yellow and knocked about. This I think was due...

I'm sorry that one of your Foxglove plugs hasn't recovered well from being damaged in transit. I have forwarded your feedback to the relevant department. Thank you for posting your review. I'm very sorry that you've been unhappy with our service as we are unable to delay the despatch of your bulbs until October. This is something we can't currently offer. As soon as any of our live products are ready for despatch then we send them out immediately. Any delay may impact on the quality and we would rather not offer a service which may result in an item being delivered in less than perfect condition. Sorry for your disappointment.
