I'm really glad that you were pleased with the prompt service we provided when you placed your order, Monica. As your Floribunda Rose Blue Eyes are supplied as bare root plants they will be in dormancy when we send them to you. At the moment we're looking to despatch them by the end of November 2017. We use our expertise to judge the month of despatch. If we have your email address we'll be in touch when they're despatched. ~Anne
