Hi, as I said in my Service Review I apologise for the disappointment with the way your Begonia Garden Ready plants arrived. They should have been perfect. I have refunded your card but you also used a voucher as part payment. I have sent another voucher directly to you via email. good service from Thomson and Morgan as usual, but product doesnt kill big moths etc. it does need really good sunlight to charge. overall a good product. does draw in flies etc during nightime into...

I'm so pleased your replacement penstemons are much better David and your alstroemerias are thriving. I appreciate it is upsetting that we cannot send pansies to your address but we have reviewed all of the products in our catalogue and we found that these were not travelling well when delivered outside of mainland UK. As the foxgloves and your other plants are much sturdier, these can handle that little bit longer in transit it takes to get to you. I hope this helps but I do understand this is still upsetting for you. I hope this does not deter you from ordering with us again.
