I have responded directly to you with the return information through your order. We were unaware that any issues have occurred with our emails etc so thank you for bringing this to our attention. We very rarely have returns on these socks but we will measure our stock to ensure they are correct for the description on the website. Once back with us we will measure the ones you return and ensure you were sent the right size. We will keep you informed of any new information once we receive the socks back 'as new/unused'.
