Pretty good. Packaging for fragile items was done really well. The bowl just took a little longer to get here but thats fine.

Delivery was poor the packing was done poorly and I knew the mugs would have breakage before I even opened the box. It was a shame the product had damage.
Difficulties with delivery- 3 items came one at a time with a week or more between deliveries.
But the correspondence was ultimately quite good and problems were resolved.
