Thank for your feedback. The Fragrance Shop prides itself on a secure shopping environment and we examine all orders and check for fraud to protect you, the customer. I have checked our records and it shows that an email was sent to you on the 16th July to ask you to contact us to confirm that you had placed the order. When you contacted us on 19th July and confirmed your order we had unfortunately missed been able to send your parcel that day. Your parcel was then sent out on the 20th July and according to Royal Mail was delivered on the 23rd July from Derby Town delivery office, Please contact the delivery office in the first instance if you still haven’t received your parcel.
