Firstly, we are really sorry that the original hotel had double booked but are glad we could still get you a room in Mallorca and didn't have to cancel your booking in full. Understandably, this did affect the planned itinerary and the support and I do apologise that this was not up to our usual Sportive Breaks standard. Regarding the airport transfer, the team are investigating why this was not booked by the supplier and I know we are now in touch to get this refund to you as soon as possible.
