The restaurant sized Konro Grill. The Konro grills from Japan are the best thing to use when grilling meats, fish, vegetables or finishing a sous vide cooked dish. Recommended to use with Binchotan or Lumpwood charcoal due to its long burning properties and its ability to seal in natural flavours without imparting any other aromas.

In the past, we have used a Webber (kettle) bbq and Webber (gas) bbq, but this was far superior… really pleased.
Used the grill straight out of the box. Th best thing is that I only had to use a handful of charcoal. The meat was deliciously juicy. Looking forward to many bbqs. Highly recommend the Konro Grill.
