My package got dropped off today and it was ripped open and the sleep sack has holes in it from all of the packaging being ripped

Hi We are extremely sorry that your parcel has not yet reached you. As stated in our email to you, we have experienced an issue with parcels sent by UPS to the US which is currently being resolved. Your parcel is verified as on its way to you and is expected by 8 February. We appreciate this is a longer than expected time frame but the hold up is an issue within UPS which we are confident they will resolve and normal service will resume.
