Thank you for giving us your response, but no matter what company you book with, there will always be 2/3 companies involved if you are booking with an agent, ( as we are ) instead of booking direct, but the beauty of booking through an agent, and not direct, is the extra discounts they provide. We not only operate for ski holidays, we also do Summer holidays, so we have Hello Sunshine for the summer holidays, and ski swift for the ski, it depends on how busy we are in each department, as to who will pick up your call. And we , as agents, will then search through all the operators ,in your case Crystal , to get the best price we can get for the customer.We do hope this does not put you off using our company again, we are a very successful company, and have been operating for 14 years now.
