We do entrust our contracted couriers to deliver parcels in a safe and timely manner. I have investigated your account, and I can see from the tracking on this order that the parcel was marked as delivered 2 days after the day of despatch. We do advise delivery can take 2-3 working days from the day of despatch with the delivery option you have chosen on this order.
