If you're happy keeping everything the same and don't have any changes to report to us, you can absolutely go with your emailed quote for an automatic renewal, and have no need to speak with us. If, on the other hand, you want to make changes, discuss the price, or shop around for alternatives, we can help you do this over the phone. This normally results in various quotes from our panel of insurers, at which point our team will ask you for your preference. To confirm, we are your broker, managing your policy and dealing with your insurer on your behalf. We're sorry if this was ever unclear.
