We are sorry to hear that our service wasn't carried out and we were unable to arrive before 13:00 on the day you requested. For every service we deliver we will always do our utmost to arrive at a specific time frame if requested. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work, on this certain day due to road traffic and a busy previous job we were unable to arrive before lunch and for that we apologise. Customer service is extremely important to Shredall SDS Group, we are proud of our Platinum service award for the third year in a row and we hope next time you will consider our shredding service again.
