Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. Unfortunately not everyone can obtain the best rate available in the market. Lenders use a risk rating system to work out what rates apply. In your case our consultant explained the rate to you and the reasons behind why the rate was at that level.

Hello Phil, Thank you for your response. I do not believe that my broker shopped around to try and find me the best interest rate. I have since had another broker look at my options they have since come up with 2 less interest rates. I was extreme happy with your quick service and how polite my broker was. I just did not feel that this was the best deal. Thanks Andrew
