Excellent as always. My order arrived promptly and staff at the Cambridge store phoned to say my cigars would be kept in the humidor until I could collect them.
I waited 5 days for my cigars. Needed then for a dinner party and didn't get them on time. Terrible service. I emailed my complaint and haven't had a reply. Very very poor customer service I'm afraid.
