Please allow us to clarify that our holiday packages are planned and advertised in advance of the airline schedules being finalised (this is standard practice within the travel industry). While we strive to ensure accuracy, there are occasions where airlines, including Ryanair, make changes to their schedules from year to year. We understand how frustrating this can be and sincerely regret any inconvenience caused.
As part of our commitment to guest experience, we aim to contact customers only when we have confirmed information from our airline partners, as schedules may be subject to multiple revisions. Once we receive confirmation, we notify guests as promptly as possible.
Regarding your check-in experience, we regret any disruption this may have caused. Due to the nature of the ticket type issued by Ryanair, airport check-in is required.
In terms of seat selection, we appreciate your understanding that we typically receive seat locators from our partners between 8 to 4 weeks prior to departure. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to allocate seats at the time of booking. However, we are more than happy to diarise your request and will contact you as soon as seat information becomes available.
We value your patience and understanding, and we remain committed to improving our service based on your experience.

Thank you for rating our Lake Garda, Venice and Verona tour 4 out of 5. We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed visiting so many beautiful locations and that the ferry journeys offered a refreshing break from the heat. It is also wonderful to know that you appreciated the location of the Hotel Europa, which provided an ideal base for exploring Riva del Garda and accessing the ferry services to other charming towns around the lake.
We are, however, sorry to learn that the hotel did not fully meet your expectations. Due to the hotel’s design, centred around an internal courtyard and surrounded by other buildings, some rooms may overlook adjacent structures. We do offer guests the option to upgrade to a lake view room at the time of booking for an additional supplement, should they wish.
Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continually strive to enhance the experience we provide. Your comments have been shared with our Product team for their consideration.
