Gift didn't arrive on the day of the Anniversary which completely missed the point. I am super disappointed and will not ever buy from them again.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the cupcakes were delayed in transit. We do use a 3rd party courier for all of our deliveries and our delivery date is only a preferred, although delays are rare unfortunately sometimes these do occur. We really hope that you enjoyed your cupcakes.
