Hi Asim, Thank you for your feedback, sorry you feel that way. We replaced parts that were no longer under warranty and only charged $188.00 for the labor out of courtesy. We also track the time our technicians take on jobs and he was there for an hour. Please give our service department a call if you would like to further discuss (925)315-5820.
