I am upset to hear you fee this way about your experience with us, in terms of the delivery times these are actually some of the fastest available in the UK, the 2-3 week lead time on flat polyester is required due to a long printing and production process. You then came back to us telling us you required them sooner and we offered you a solution in the form of dye sublimated lanyards because they are transfer printed and have a much shorter turnaround time.We were transparent with lead times throughout our communications so we feel that your review is overly critical of a service we feel was of a good enough standard from start to finish.
