The company focuses on customer care and took care of every request we made. I rate Keysound excellent for this and amateur buyers such as myself need not worry of being ripped off!

I moved from a local Dealer following his closure,on recommendation I went to Keysound and the difference from what I had previosly experienced was obvious. Product knowledge, and comparison products good and not so good items was aimed at putting me in the right direction for my particular needs. I have never looked forward as much to getting a new keyboard before and on its delivery and home demo I was more than ever sure I had made the correct choice of Dealer and Keyboard.
