Thank you for your feedback regarding the helium. Our helium is 99% pure and is suitable for inflating all high-quality balloons when inflated to their recommended size. Typically, latex balloons float for 6–8 hours, while foil balloons can stay afloat for about a week. We haven’t received any prior communication from you regarding this issue, but we’re here to help if you experience any problems. This is because different balloon sizes require different packaging, and we dispatch them accordingly to ensure they arrive in good condition. Please note that our packaging approach is consistent with industry standards. Like many of our competitors, we do not double-box our balloons, as it is not typically necessary.
