Our disposable helium cylinders are designed to fill up to 50 standard 9" latex balloons. Please note that latex balloons typically float for 6–8 hours without any special treatment. Factors such as balloon quality, temperature, humidity, and inflation technique can also affect float time. To extend float time, we recommend inflating balloons 1–2 hours before your event and considering a product like Hi-Float, which helps seal helium inside latex balloons.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience and the disappointment on your son’s birthday—that’s certainly not what we want for our customers. Helium-filled latex balloons typically float for 6–8 hours, especially without a treatment like Hi-Float. This is noted on the product listing before purchase and on the helium boxe itself. Unfortauntley we didnt receive any communication before this feedback was left, so we were not given the opportunity to look into this further.

Please do not inflate latex balloons the night before your event. Latex is porous, so helium escapes over several hours. Our balloons are high quality and, when inflated 1–2 hours before your occasion—as we recommend—they will stay perfect and float beautifully. Thank you for understanding!

We do not understand this 1* rating for curling ribbon. Its an accessory for the balloons, it wouldnt have an effect on the balloons.
