The delay with your order wasn't something that normally happens and came as a shock to Ornamental Trees as we faced several challenges with the liquidation of City Link, announced over the Christmas period. All customers were notified of any expected delays with their orders. Your email update was sent to you on Monday 12th January informing you that your order would be delivered early the following week. Your order was then despatched on Friday 16th January.
