As this was ordered on Christmas eve most manufacturers have a shut down, Unfortunately some of our items have to be ordered in from the manufacturer which takes 3-5 working days but we do notify customers if there is any further delays due to manufacturing We as a company have procedures in place to protect us as a company and you as a customer from fraudulent purchases, unfortunately this does delay the buying process slightly if a flag is raised and we have to look in to this more for the protection of you as our customer.
