I ordered three weeks ago and still no product even though it was due here over a week ago and no tracking progress. Contacted customer service three days ago and still no reply.
shipping severely delayed in going out & now appears to be in Oklahama for more than a week. items arriving too late for gifting, i needed to mail them no later than today :( dissapponted

We have created a new order to get the items shipped to you and have emailed your order details to you directly.
Great deal and terrific product, but, I waited over 2 wweks for my delivery. Not sure why it took so long!
