Friendly instore staff. Parcels always delivered on time or emails received to update reasons for delays. Only criticism would be in Hollingbury store staff have to leave the tills to locate parcels....

Superb service on both delivery and returns. No hassle and very efficient. I normally hate returning items but Next staff made it very easy and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all.
