Many thanks for your comments. We hope you are happy with your purchase. We state that iron on labels are usually dispatched within 3 days and I have checked your order and it was dispatched within 3 days. We use first class postage but sadly from time to time the odd item may take a little longer to arrive. We apologise if this was indeed the issue as we did dispatch within the stated timescales.

Very disappointing purchase
The labels have a very plastic feel and peel off easily after just one wash. I’ve already had to purchase new labels from a different company which are a much better quality and actually stay on.
