Thank you for the email and your genuine feedback. As much as I appreciate you making us aware of this product we've listed these as Generic motor filters on our website. Regarding the product, we have spoken with you couple of times prior to delivery about the ETA and the delay. But, you said you were okay and would wait. As the product arrived, we send it straight to you. Even now, if you could send through the parts to us , we are more than happy to refund you for the product.
