Further to my previous comments above. Contrary to my initial comment of there being no contact link. There is in fact an absolute stunner of a link in about 14pt type. When I saw it, it didn't register as I thought it was a headline for the contact segment on the page. So I went directly to the telephone number. But here I had a problem with my landline not being able to connect (since then I tried my mobile and this was no problem). In essence this was just a 'Lemony Snicket Series of unfortunate events'. I have now spoken to OW who responded very promptly after my earlier review and the situation has been resolved. I am now confident that this is a professionally managed company with a good range of products and which I would certainly purchase from again.
