Hello Steven Thank you for your feedback. I have clarified with our delivery branch that these boilers were both in clearance. The depot was able to transfer one of them from another branch for you and delivered on 4th September. The other boiler was no longer available at the manufacturer and my colleagues did contact you directly to let you know this and that the refund would be issued for the discontinued boiler.
